String Trio is the new addition to Blueprint series by Fracture Sounds!

The latest new instrument to Blueprint series by Fracture Sounds is now released!

It's called String Trio.


If you are new to Fracture Sounds Blueprint series, it is a free collection of high quality instruments that run in the free Kontakt player.

String Trio

This latest one String Trio is a string library that is recorded at Nave Studios, and it has captured beautiful sounds of solo violin, solo viola and solo cello.

It has three articulations: sustain, staccato and pizzicato."


This library has control over:

Dynamics

– Control the dynamic via the mod wheel/ CC1

Colour

– EQ effect to change the brightness of the overall sound.

Stereo Width

– Controls the stereo widening effect, turn clockwise to widen the signal, turn fully anticlockwise for a mono signal.

Reverb

– Control the level of reverb with further settings if you click on the cog.

Mic Mix

– Control the amount of close, mid and far mics. Mute [M], Solo [S], and Purge [⏻] the raw layer and individual Atmosphere Layers from memory. Blend between a close and far mix.

Tightness

– Controls the sample offset. It is recommended to have this at 0 to allow for the bow noise before the note.

Dynamic Response

– Control how much the volume of the instrument is affected by the dynamics modulation.
